I have a two-year experience working as a Customer Service representative at Access Bank PLC, with professional certifications in Customer Relationship Management. Prior to this, I have worked at Jumia Nigeria as a customer service representative.
I possess excellent verbal and Written communication skills accompanied with the ability to multitask and make strong decisions under pressure.
