Job Title: Accounts Manager (Sales)
Location: FCT – Abuja
Job Type: Full Time
•As the driving force behind retaining existing relationships with NCC and other enterprise accounts, you’ll need to: identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
•Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
•High–level presentation about the Company’s core values, products, and solutions to our customers, partners, analysts, and media.
•Ensure the creation and implementation of a growth strategy designed to grow the business
•Technical writing and submission of business proposals
•Negotiating with stakeholders
•Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
•Researching emerging business opportunities and viable income streams
•Following industry trends locally and internationally
•Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports
•Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements to executive management via The Chief Operating Officer
●Sales/business development acumen
●Strong Pre-Sales / Technical Sales background, capable of translating customer requirements into technical configurations
●Strong Software development / Coding background and proven familiarity with all popular programming languages (5 years)
●Strong knowledge of leading ERP solutions including Oracle, SAP
●Strong knowledge across a broad range of technology solutions such as 5G NR, Smart Cities / Infrastructure, Unified Communications & Collaboration, Switching & Routing (Networks of the future), Data Center & Cloud Computing, Enterprise and Cyber Security, IoT, Big DatIoTAnaIoTcs, Automation, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence, Gaming, Virtual & Augmented Reality, etc.
