Seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, cash handling, sales monitoring, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be organised, trustworthy, and capable of managing the store independently.
Responsibilities
* Supervise, train staff, & manage schedules
* Handle stock, inventory, & supply orders
* Monitor sales, & perform cash reconciliation
* Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
* Maintain store cleanliness, display, and presentation
* Prepare operational reports
* Enforce company policies and store security
Requirements
* ND minimum, with at least 2 years in store management or retail supervision
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Reliable, disciplined, and able to multitask under pressure
* Basic accounting and cash-handling experience
Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month (based on experience) + Accommodation
