Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000

Experience: 2–4 years

We are urgently seeking an experienced HR Executive to join a fast-growing hospitality brand in Port Harcourt. The ideal candidate must have solid experience managing crew members, handling HR operations, and supporting day-to-day people management within a hospitality or service-driven environment.

Requirements:

2–4 years HR experience (hospitality experience strongly preferred)

Hands-on experience managing crew/staff

Strong knowledge of HR processes, onboarding, performance management & employee relations

Excellent communication, coordination, and people skills
