Job Description
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies to support FIRM’s mission
• Maintain the Staff Manual and associated policies and ensure that they are up to date and reviewed as appropriate.
• Establish a positive, healthy and safe work environment in accordance with all appropriate legislation and regulations.
• Initiate and maintain security processes and procedures including fire alarm checks, security and evacuations
• Manage FIRM’s premises including contractors and ensuring repairs and maintenance works are attended to promptly.
• Maintaining records relating to the premises and the Firm including fixture and fittings records, insurance, health and safety checks, lease agreements and correspondence.
• Ensure FIRM premises look professional and clean through organising and supervising cleaning, placement of publicity, etc.
• Ensure that all FIRM resources (IT, online resources, stationary, telephony, printers, photocopiers, etc.) are adequate, work efficiently and are promptly repaired or replaced when required.
• Coordination of staff and Partnership meetings.
• Acting as Company Secretary for FIRM and Secretary to the Partnership.
• organizing and attending interviews) and staff personnel files.
• Manage the payroll, staff benefits, annual leave, sickness and other incentives/schemes within FIRM.
• Establish a positive, healthy and safe work environment in accordance with all appropriate legislation and regulations.
• Ensure that all staff and interns are properly inducted when joining FIRM and that appropriate ongoing training is provided.
• Coach and mentor staff as appropriate to improve performance and escalate performance concerns to the Partnership.
• Dealing with employee grievances and disciplinary processes.
• Organizing training for staff and completing training records.

Job Specification
• Minimum of 5yrs hands-on experience as a PM
• BSC/HND in related Field
• Masters is an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills
