Wabi2B, a Coca-Cola partner, is seeking B2B Sales Representatives for their wholesale technology platform.

Wabi2B has created a tool developed to revolutionize traditional retail within the mass consumption and FMCG industries.

Partnering with one of the world’s largest beverage companies (Coca-Cola), Wabi2B has created a global ecosystem for traditional retail, through which they accompany and disrupt end consumer habits creating a new purchasing experience. Today, Wabi2B has operations in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Peru, Uruguay, Chile, Vietnam, Malaysia, Spain, Nigeria, and the US.

We are looking for highly motivated Outside Sales Representatives to help us develop and grow our client’s presence in Lagos, Nigeria.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, with a passion for service and excellent interpersonal skills. Additionally, we look for someone that can work in a professional yet autonomous way, and who can be sensitive to customer pain points and needs while being highly result-oriented.

What Youll Do

  1. Carry out sales efforts to grow our client’s marketplace, which recently launched in Lagos, Nigeria.
  2. Own all stages of the sales funnel: prospecting and lead generation, initiating contact with prospective clients, communicating the platforms value proposition, and registering them as customers on the platform
  3. Onboard customers and train them on platform use and best practices
  4. Build loyalty and provide after-sale support and solutions to customer inquiries and concerns that
  5. Meet ambitious monthly performance goals aligned with business KPIs
  6. Provide feedback to management on customer experience and insights

What Youll Need

  1. Knowledge about platforms and solutions within our client’s ecosystem, as well as competitors (we’ll provide this!)
  2. Past sales strategy or experience preferred. Experience within wholesale/distribution environments a plus.
  3. Feel comfortable with hard selling and cold selling
  4. Self-starter and can-do attitude! Always looking to grow, learn, and exceed expectations
  5. Strong problem solving and conflict management skills
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
