Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree (Master’s/MBA) with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD.
• Experience in product strategy, product design, and product execution.
• Strong background in customer discovery and developing new products.
• Experience working in Agile and matrixed environments.
• Knowledge of banking processes, payments, or fintech ecosystems.
• Proven leadership and talent development experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute product strategy from concept to implementation.
• Identify new business opportunities and create business plans.
• Lead product development while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Drive innovation by promoting new technologies and industry best practices.
